With us transitioning out of sunny summer and into cozy fall, sometimes it can be hard to keep our energy levels up - especially when it's chilly and overcast outside! Here are some all-natural foods and supplements that can help keep you energized throughout the day when you just can't fit that nap in!


  1. Bananas - They're one of the best foods for energy! They're a great source of complex carbs, vitamin B6, and potassium!

  2. Blue Spirulina - Spirulina is derived from blue-green algae and is rich in B vitamins, especially B12. This can help you increase feelings of energy, vitality and endurance.

  4. Dark chocolate - The cocoa in dark chocolate can help increase blood flow throughout the body which provide a variety of benefits including reduced mental fatigue and improved mood. Dark chocolate also contains a bit of Caffeine which might give you the little boost you need.

  5. Ashwagandha - Ashwagandha is a medicinal herb - it also goes by Indian Ginseng and Winter Cherry. Research shows that Ashwagandha improves mental fatigue and stress as well as alleviates fatigue associated with exercise.
